"Step Into My World" (Work-In-Progress) is a multi-disciplinary, neurodiversity-friendly performance conceived and directed by Maia Claire Garrison, founder of Sequence of Leaps and Artistic Director at Reel.Dance.Music, in collaboration with a group of young individuals on the Autism spectrum.

 

"Step Into My World" is a performance that blends music, song, spoken word, and dance to provide an entertaining experience tailored for neurodivergent individuals and their families.

 

The performance is designed to heighten awareness and foster understanding of both the struggles and joys experienced by individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their caregivers, while also honoring their distinctive viewpoints and abilities.

 

"Step Into My World" delves into themes of communication, connection, identity, and inclusion, inviting audiences to enter the minds and hearts of the students and young adults as they express their truths through creative performance!
