YOGA & PLAY 'ALL ABILITIES'

Join us for an exciting Yoga & Play workshop, specially designed for children of all skill levels and abilities—let the fun and learning begin!

Yoga & Play 'All Abilities' incorporates a multi-sensory approach, and is a wonderful way for kiddos to socialize and discover their inner calm, all while having a blast!

Since 2019, Sequence of Leaps (SOL) has been fostering neuro-inclusive environments. Maia Claire, the program director and instructor for this workshop, has over 20 years of teaching experience and is the mother of a 14-year-old non-verbal child on the Autism spectrum.

In a setting with dim lights, soft music and floor mats, students are gently guided through a series of poses and relaxing stretches. Each session is a unique adventure that combines the physical benefits of Yoga along with fun themes and imaginative play!

Children can roam and explore as they wish. There are breaks and a flexible structure. Your little one's unique spirit and light is welcome! After class, snack and water will be served. A dedicated play area will offer a safe space for exploration.

The final workshop on June 7th, will feature a delightful Pizza & Jazz Social! After a brief Yoga session for the kids, the soothing jazz melodies will create the perfect ambiance for an enjoyable gathering. Pizza will be served, and parents are warmly invited to share in the fun!
