Join us for a fun-filled beginner Yoga class that welcomes ALL abilities and embraces a multi-sensory approach.
You and your kiddo will enjoy dim lighting, soft music and floor mats as you follow relaxing, playful and creative poses that will make you both smile. Children can roam and explore as they wish.
We will have breaks and a flexible structure to suit your child's needs.This is a wonderful chance for you and your kiddo to bond and discover your inner calm!
